It is a nice product

The Berlin Bed from Rove Concepts is a beautiful piece of furniture that looks exactly as pictured. The design and style are spot-on and fit our room's aesthetic perfectly, meeting all expectations in terms of appearance. The assembly process was also a pleasant surprise. The headboard folds in half making it much simpler to navigate stairs and corners to get it to its location in our home. It was relatively easy to build and the instructions were straightforward enough that it didn't take an entire afternoon to put together. However, upon completion, it became clear that one of the pieces was flawed, which resulted in a noticeable front-to-back tilt of nearly two inches. While customer service was fair and provided a solution to the problem, it was frustrating to deal with a structural defect right out of the box. The issue is being handled, but the lack of thorough quality checks during the manufacturing process was a disappointment.

Recently receiving our product after a delay in delivery. Very happy with the bed so far! Material is soft and the bed seems sturdy.
