I was initially hesitant about ordering the Maximus Travertine dining table online because it’s hard to know how furniture will look in your space. However, this table completely exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely stunning and feels more like a sculptural centerpiece than just a dining table. The natural travertine gives it a timeless, high-end look, and it’s unlike anything I’ve seen in local furniture stores near me. I was looking for something special for my forever home, and this piece truly delivers. The table did arrive with a small flaw on one of the bases, but customer service responded quickly after I submitted a claim and immediately offered solutions. A replacement base has already been scheduled. Overall, I’m very happy with both the table and the customer service experience. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a unique statement dining table. Looking forward to completing the space with other Rove Concepts pieces.

I'm an interior designer, and this is truly a beautiful table worth the price. The travertine is stunning, and I love the honed matte finish. The variation and pattern in the stone is so much prettier in person! The only reason I took off one star is for the delivery/assembly process. I expected more professionalism from the delivery team considering we upgraded to White Glove delivery, which should be totally seamless. First, our delivery appointment was rescheduled 24 hours before. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient to reschedule. Second, after the table was assembled and they had left, I noticed the table top was loose. I started a damage claim to have the assembly team come back, and Rove tried to suggest that my client take the table top off themselves, tighten the screws, and see if it fixes the issue... However, the table top is over 100lbs so extremely hard to lift on your own, and, the whole reason we upgraded to White Glove is because my client doesn't have tools to do the assembly themselves. The delivery team did end up coming back and fixing it, I was just hoping for better service considering White Glove is their most expensive delivery option. I can't help but think the delivery team lacked some experience with assembling furniture. Beautiful table and worth the money, but I do hope Rove Concepts improves their customer service for trade clients and their overall delivery experience.
