The pictures on the site make this stand look more gray-ish. However, the actual product in my home now has a much more pronounced brown-ish hue. The stand itself is quite attractive. When it first arrived, one of the doors would not open and close easily. I then noticed that their was a misalignment of the middle shelf and was able to use a rubber mallet to gently jog it into place which fixed the issue. I know this is nitpicking a bit, but the back of the unit does not look good. The frame that the backing board mounts to has joints that are split with about 1/16" of gap. In addition, the screws used to mount the backing board are only about a 1/4" and some were stripped. I had to move them to different spots and re-screw them in to secure the backing board. Without the drawer opening and finishing on the backside of the stand, this would have received 5-stars for its looks and design.

Amazing in person as expected! The drawers slide very smoothly and the aesthetic is obviously very special and gets a lot of attention.
