Very good quality couch, excellent delivery, everything was great. But guys… this couch is firm. Very firm. Both for sitting and especially for sleeping. I bought it specifically to sleep on regularly, and although I did read the description, I honestly didn’t expect it to be this hard. Almost nobody in my family wants to sit on it, everyone automatically goes for the chair or the ottoman instead. Just something to keep in mind before buying.

My client is very happy with this piece of furniture. The sofa is incredibly cozy and comfortable, making it perfect for everyday use. The quality feels solid and well-made, and the design fits beautifully into the space. It’s exactly what they were looking for, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the cushion is ultra firm. Shocking when you first sit on it (we all expect a couch to be cozy) but I have gotten used to it since delivery. Still, I wish it was slightly more cushiony. Pull out bed is simple to use. Haven't slept on it yet but it'll definitely need a mattress topper (for the reason above)

I think I love it, haven't connected my legs yet. CAUTION- I called up because there were no screws. I had just gone through 4 products with screws included. Called tech support (obviously foreign)- and would do chat again in retrospect, it responded very well on another product. On further inspection- the screws were screwed in on the couch. Tech support should known that, instead of saying I needed to send a picture of ( the no screws included) to get more screws. I am being honest- but have to say as much as I have been frustrated at moments- very happy with the quality. !
