we purchased the Milo sofa along with the Milo sectional and we love them only negative is the delivery company they use was very difficult to work with

I purchased several pieces of the milo sectional, in the dark comet fabric, in 2023. I loved it then, and I love it today -- it's comfortable, durable and great looking. My only disappointment was learning, very soon after it arrived two years ago, that the fabric was discontinued when I inquired about purchasing an additional seat. I was told, by customer service, that an armless chair or ottoman (the pieces I specifically asked for, but said I was open to other options) were no longer being manufactured in that fabric. I recently called again -- hoping against hope that a piece might exist. I was once again, in May 2025, told that I was out of luck when I inquired about any pieces of the milo sectional in dark comet. I then decided to search the world wide web, and much to my amazement --- there was a left arm chair in dark comet (actually 2 in stock) -- and in stock at Rove Concepts! I called the customer service line, and was told, by a different representative, that her colleague already told me there were no pieces available. After I explained that a left arm chair was, indeed, offered on their website --- she apologized and placed the order for this additional piece of the milo sectional in dark comet. While I love the chair, customer service comes up short!! I shouldn't have had to do the work to find this piece, but I'm sure glad I did. Be sure when you call, you know exactly what you want and ask for a picture to be sent to your email. I think Rove Concepts can do a better job of training their customer services representatives...after all, they are the ones representing the company!
